A SANCTUARY OVERLOOKING SARATOGA PASSAGE
Overlooking a formal herb garden, the heart of the Inn is the restaurant, complete with a double-sided river rock fireplace and an open display kitchen. On Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday nights seasonally, Chef/General Manager Matt Costello prepares an exquisite six-course dinner. Using Whidbey Island’s freshest seasonal ingredients, the chef creates a gourmet meal complemented by selections from the Inn’s extensive wine collection, featuring Northwest winemakers. Just outside the Inn, the charming village of Langley, famous for its art galleries, antique stores, and quaint boutiques, awaits you.
