Description of Services and Facility
The Susan Brotman Auditorium at McCaw Hall is Seattle’s premier theatre for concerts, corporate meetings, and more, and is the home of the renowned Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet. The Hall features stunning architecture, state-of-the-art technical systems, multiple lobbies and reception spaces, and an additional 381-seat lecture hall.
• ADA: All Seattle Center facilities meet or exceed ADA requirements
• Parking: 1,200-car covered parking garage located directly across the street with skybridge access; two or more complimentary parking passes are included with rental
• Seating: 2,900 padded theater seats; orchestra section, two balconies, sweeping side galleries, and sixteen boxes provide impeccable sightlines
• Stage Systems: The 60' x 35' proscenium, complete set of stage draperies, sophisticated trap door system, 100-foot fly loft,state-of-the-art rigging system and extensive rigging points, moving light and scrolling inventory, sound system, projection equipment, 4,900 square feet of scenery handling, and a 90-person orchestra pit will accommodate elaborate concerts and large-scale corporate events
• Telecommunications: Phone and data lines available from telecommunications provider CCPI
• Equipment: Lobby furniture includes easels, skirted tables, chairs, and benches; Steinway grand or upright piano is available for rental
Special Services
A dedicated Event Service Representative will assist in planning and coordinating your event. Other professional event staff include ushers, sound technicians, and stage and security personnel, depending on event parameters. Complimentary marketing services include listing on Seattle Center website, visibility on campus-wide poster kiosks, and reader board at venue entrance.
