Capacity: Our 1000,000 square feet of waterfront event space can accommodate groups up to 5,000 guests. The four main conference rooms and the Harbor Dining Room each have breathtaking waterfront views. The Bay Auditorium, fashioned after the United Nations, seats 300 people. The Rooftop Plaza is available for outdoor events in the summer for up to 400 guests
Price Range: Bell Harbor offers a complete meeting package: please call for rates. Banquets and receptions at Bell Harbor require a room fee and a minimum food purchase

• Smith Cove Cruise Terminal:Located at Pier 91 this waterfront space is also available for up to 350 trade show booths, dinner up to 1,200 people and receptions up to 6,000.
