Capacity: The Eastside’s largest meeting, banquet and event facility, well-suited for groups up to 3,500
• Exhibit Hall: Renovation of the 36,000 sq. ft. Center Hall was completed in March 2007, converting the hall from a functional exhibit hall to a warm, modern, inviting event space, featuring ceiling and acoustical wall treatments, upgraded sound and lighting systems, warm inviting wall colors and new carpeting
• Meeting Rooms: 12,000 total sq. ft. divisible into nine individual rooms and can be combined from 1,000 to 6,000 sq. ft. each. Ceiling height is 16 ft.
• Theatre: a 410-seat performing arts theatre that is technically suited for artistic performances as well as seminars and meetings
Price Range: Price determined by event type, space used and catering requirements. A rent credit is given in the amount of 20% of catering receipts
Catering: Nationally recognized for outstanding cuisine; full-service catering is provided exclusively by Meydenbauer Center’s Catering Department; select from our extensive menu or work with our Executive Chef to create a custom menu to suit your needs
Types of Events: Conventions, meetings, banquets, auctions, fundraisers, receptions, trade shows, theatre performances, consumer shows, product rollouts, and award celebrations
